A Contemporary Jewel

The Arc House is a collaboration of sophisticated elements. This modern marvel in the Village of La Jolla was designed by Bill Hayer and took over four years to bring to fruition and has contemporary character both inside and out.

First impression, the walkway that hovers above the landscape, leads to the all-glass filled front entry.

The custom elevator leads to the 5 car garage with an automated turntable. The massive garage hosts a workstation, lockable storage closets, laundry room and exits to a 21-degree driveway.

The chef-grade kitchen with Anigre cabinets, Caesar stone counters, calcified wood backsplash, wet bar, and a walk-in pantry.

The family and living room spaces include one of the three salt-water aquariums, pool, ping-pong table, indoor hot tub with a retractable roof.

Relax in the custom, built-in sectional while watching the game on a 160 inch drop down screen.

Outdoor living, a spiral staircase and retractable pocket doors lead to the outside living space. Both rooftop and balcony style decks feature day beds, fireplaces and bowl fire pits to maximize the La Jolla climate. The back patio resembles a boutique resort with built-in beer taps and grill.
