Trinitas Cellars Wine Bar now in La Jolla

Wine country comes to the San Diego coast at Trinitas Cellars Wine Bar, the only Southern California tasting room for the Napa Valley winemaker. Sample Trinitas’ best blends by the glass, a tasting flight, or a pairing with small plates. The bar also serves a wide selection of local craft beer, plus cocktails artfully created with house-made bitters and Estancia’s own private label Single Barrel Jack Daniel’s. Established in Napa in 2002 by Estancia’s owners, Trinitas Cellars was the Busch family’s first foray into hospitality. Latin for ‘trinity’, trinitas represents the winery’s mission and winemaking philosophy: sun, soil, and humanity.
