Chef Giuseppe Ciuffa
to Launch
New Concept

Acclaimed Chef Giuseppe Ciuffa is in search of a new restaurant location in La Jolla now that his Museum Cafe will close in the fall when construction begins on the $55 million expansion of the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego (MCASD) that is expected to take several years to complete. Drawing from his annual travels to his hometown of Cori, Italy, Ciuffa envisions the menu for the new concept will pull flavors and inspirations from the elegantly simple meals, artful plates and fresh produce of his family farm outside Rome. The Museum Cafe will be open for business until September 1. You can also visit his other restaurants – Bottega Americano and Caroline’s Seaside Café. BottegaAmericano.com | GRNFC.com
